East-Racing Motorsport starts in GT4 Winter Series

The East-Racing Motorsport team is based directly at the Sachsenring. With a wide range of vehicles, David Sachs’ team is represented in numerous racing series and is increasingly focussing on GT4 racing. For many years, the racing team has been travelling with GEDLICH Racing to the racetracks in Portugal and Spain during the winter months.

It is obvious that East-Racing Motorsport will be competing in the newly founded GT4 Winter Series. The team will be entering a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport at the season opener in Estoril. This makes the Porsche the most represented vehicle at the start of the racing series – no fewer than five Caymans will be competing on the former Grand Prix circuit just outside Lisbon.

The Porsche, which will compete in the eye-catching East Racing Motorsport yellow livery, will be driven by Florian Bauer and Jan Niklas Sommershoff. The two drivers are using the GT4 Winter Series to gain further experience at the wheel of the Cayman and want to sell themselves as best they can in the field of participants in the racing series.
