Forsetti Motorsport on the verge of winning the GT4 Winter Series title

Jamie Day and Mikey Porter are travelling to the season finale of the inaugural GT4 Winter Series with a good chance of winning the title. The two Forsetti Motorsport drivers have collected 287 points in their Aston Martin Vantage GT4 so far, and have the best chance of winning the championship with 75 points still up for grabs.

After seven wins this season, the youngsters from Great Britain currently have a 58-point lead over Joel Mesch in the Schnitzelalm Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4. The two Aston Martin drivers are also ahead in the Pro standings.

In the Am classification, fans can look forward to an NM Racing team battle for the title. Max Huber and Alberto de Martin/Nil Monserrat are currently separated by 15.09 points. In Pro-AM and Cayman Trophy, the likely champions are clearly established. CV Performance Group’s Charles Dawson and Emil Gjerdrum hold a strong advantage in Pro-AM, while Michael Sander leads comfortably for SR Motorsport in the Cayman category. Sander’s closest competition is his own co-pilot Tim Neuser, who skipped a weekend earlier in the season and thus has a lower points score.
