Wimmer Werk Motorsport expands

Two is better than one! This is the motto of Wimmer Werk Motorsport at the season finale of the GT4 Winter Series at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The Austrian team will field a second Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport.

American Nick Maloy and Raphael Rennhofer from Austria will be competing for the team for the first time. While Rennhofer made his GT4 debut in the ADAC GT4 Germany in 2023 and impressed straight away, Maloy will be competing in Europe for the first time and preparing for his season in the GT4 European Series. However, Maloy has already gained a lot of experience with the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport in his home country.

As usual, Egor Khichin and Ivan Ekelchik will drive for Wimmer Werk Motorsport. The two drivers have already impressed with their performances in this year’s GT4 Winter Series season and are two of the most eye-catching drivers in the GEDLICH Racing field.
