W&S Motorsport starts in GT4 Winter Series

In recent years, W&S Motorsport has established itself as one of the most successful GT4 teams, competing in a variety of racing series. The team competes in the GT4 European Series, the ADAC GT4 Germany, the GTC Race and endurance races on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife, among others. The team of Patrick Wagner and Daniel Schellhaas won the team title in the ADAC GT4 Germany last year.

However, the racing team is now expanding further and will celebrate its debut in the GT4 Winter Series in Jerez. The team from Ofterdingen will enter a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport on the famous MotoGP circuit, which will compete in the Pro class.

Czech Josef Knopp, who has driven various GT4 cars in recent years, and young German Alexander Danzer will take their places in the Porsche. It will be Danzer’s debut in GT4 racing. The GT4 Winter Series is an ideal way to gain a large number of race kilometres and experience in good weather conditions during the winter months.
